» Abstract drivers record (available at the Alum Creek BMV
location $2.00).
» A record check from the County Sheriff in your county of
residence and your City Police, if you are a city resident.
» A copy of your drivers license, social security card and
military ID (if applicable).
» A copy of your DD214 Long Form (if applicable) & a copy
of Peace Officers commission card (if applicable).
» Copy of all certificates of training with regard to security
or law enforcement work.
