As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned business, The Whitestone Group has been the primary contractor for security services on numerous major contracts for the Army Corps of Engineers, The Veteran’s Administration and the Department of Treasury. The Whitestone Group plans to pursue GSA contracts in the following areas.
DHS Protected Critical Infrastructure
Since 2002, most chemical companies have begun conducting security vulnerability assessments of their Risk Management Plan (RMP) level 1 and level 2 facilities. Guidance for conducting these assessments has been provided in the Security Vulnerability Assessment (SVA) program developed by the Center forChemical Process Safety (CCPS) and The American Chemistry Council (ACC). In its current fashion, it is called Responsible Care® Security Code. It has been our experience that many companies lack the terrorism-specific protocols needed to develop realistic threat assessment modeling and countermeasures
implementation to combat the threat of terrorism that DHS has forecasted.
It is the goal of The Whitestone Group to become the benchmark in supplying critical infrastructure security services, implementing risk-based security standards at chemical, nuclear, petroleum and natural gas facilities including plants, refineries, storage and distribution facilities. Our approach to conducting SVAs complies 100% with the criteria established by the Responsible Care® Security Code. Our protocols improve on the standard by employing quantitative analysis and proven evaluation tools which are based on accurate and realistic threat scenarios and are developed for use within the nuclear security and military force protection communities.
DHS: Secure Border Initiative
In support of Senate Bill 2611 (Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act), House of Representatives bill 4437 (The Border Protection, Anti-terrorism, and Illegal Immigration Control Act of 2005), HR 6162 (Secure Border Initiative Financial Accountability Act of 2006), the Whitestone Group is prepared to supply supplemental force protection and logistical support for Border and Customs Enforcement field operations and border security infrastructure improvement projects. In this capacity, we hope to provide personnel that can seamlessly rotate into the duties currently performed by the National Guard as well
as provide force protection as engineers, repair fences and construct 1,800 towers equipped with sensors that can detect when a person steps onto American soil.
Andean Counter-Drug Initiative
The Whitestone Group is prepared to supplement Department of Defense and Drug Enforcement Agency operations with
• Ground and aerial Listening Post/Observation Post Operations
• Transportation of captured suspects to detention facilities
• Processing of detainee paperwork
• Force protection of critical sites and supply lines
Global War on Terrorism
Under our U.S. Government GSA Schedule GS#07F-9142S, the Whitestone Group has deployed operatives on numerous major contracts for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other Department of Defense entities.
