Whitehawk/Whitestone Team Provide Security Services During Hurricane Florence
Columbus, OH – Sept. 18 – The Whitehawk/Whitestone Team is honored to announce that we have been called up to aid in meeting the security needs of the people in the Carolinas. As everyone awaits to return home, the Whitehawk/Whitestone Team will continue to provide professional security services in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence.
As Hurricane Florence made landfall in the Carolinas, the Whitehawk/Whitestone Team took action. The Team’s corporate HR staff began calling available guards and the logistics department started filling a truck with supplies. Within 12 hours, we had boots on the ground. Approximately 100 security guard officers agreed to leave the safety of their homes and make the treacherous, long drive to serve in the disaster-stricken areas.
Currently, the Whitehawk/Whitestone officers are standing guard at posts in relief camps in both North and South Carolina. The camps are providing temporary shelter and food to displaced citizens, as well as workers sent to help restore and repair the cities distraught by the ravages of Florence. The Team’s guards are working around the clock to ensure the safety and security of everyone within the camps.
